What operating systems are supported?
All servers are delivered without any operating system preinstalled. Instead you get access to a remote console where you can use your own ISO to install any operating system of your choice.
How fast are the servers delivered?
We try to deliver all dedicated servers within 1-2 business days after you place your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently provide the following payment methods: Debit and Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), AliPay, EPS, iDEAL, and PayPal. For businesses located inside the European Union, we can also accept SEPA wire transfers. Please open a ticket if you are interested in SEPA wire transfers as payment method.
Can I get more than one IPv4 address?
Yes! Additional IPv4 addresses can be ordered via the help desk. RIPE justification may be required for larger allocations.
Where are the servers located?
To offer the lowest possible latencies, we operate our servers directly at the carrier-neutral InterXion campus, Austrias largest Internet hub.
Can I get a signed Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)?
Yes of course; as a business headquartered inside the European Union ourself, we fully comply with the current legal framework in relation to data processing and will happily provide you with a signed Data Processing Agreement.
What level of support is offered?
These are unmanaged virtual server offers, so you are expected to install and configure the server yourself. We give you root access to the virtual server, but you will have to setup any software according to your requirements.
