Network Issues (Continued)
The defective part of the router is now assumed to be replaced. We will thus slowly start routing traffic over both routers again. However, please rest assured, we will carefully monitor all activities of the routers during the next days, in case the issue has not been diagnosed correctly afterall. Please apologize the caused inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.

Network Issues (Continued)
Due to a lack of relevant logs (the last seconds before the crash have not been stored), the issue with the router still remains unidentified and will undergo are more in-depth review by the vendor within the next days. For now, the potentially defective router will thus stay offline and all traffic is handled by the backup router.

As of 14:24 (UTC), all services should be reachable again. One of the two edge routers got into a yet to be further investigated state that caused all external traffic to be dropped and failover system not activated. For now, the potentially defective router has been taken offline.

Issues with the "Rebuild"-Feature
A small number of users reported issues with the installation process to be stuck when using the "Rebuild" button in the client area. We are currently looking into this issue. If your server is stuck in the reinstallation, please reach out via the support desk to have the process cancelled and restarted. An update has been deployed that fixes the bug that caused some of the installations to get stuck.

Issues with one of the EPYC-based Hypervisors
Due to a software failure, one of the nodes used for the "Virtual Servers" is offline. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on getting those server your servers online again as fast as possible. The issue has been resolved. All customer VMs on the affected node have been rebooted.

Unscheduled Graceful Reboot of Hypervisor
One of the EPYC-based hypervisors in Vienna requires a rebooted due to a software failure and that same failure blocks the ability to move virtual servers to another hypervisor first. All virtual servers should be back online within 2-5 minutes. All virtual servers on the affected hypervisor have been restarted.
